𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:

• Reviewing sales reports and liaising with respective teams and incoming order channels

• Produce issues and return notes using applicable software programs and carry out any amendments as necessary;

• Assist in the general planning and routing of daily sales orders/transfers, the allocation of sales orders/transfers to delivery trucks/warehouse, and issue relevant documentation;

• Prepare any required system generated, or otherwise, reports/documentation requested by superiors whilst assisting in their analysis as required;

• Coordinating the distribution and deliveries according to orders and available resources

• Conducting effective route planning and logistical coordination

• Tending to any issues which arise in relation to distribution / logistics

• Optimization of the distribution process

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥-𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese (Verbal and Written)

• Very good planning skills and coordination skills

• Ability to work at his/her own initiative, as well as creative in coming up with solutions to issues

• Hands on and flexible attitude

• Entrepreneurial & Commercial Thinking.

• Based in Malta

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Sage

• Previous experience within a logistical capacity will be considered an asset.

• The ideal person will have an ‘O’ level standard of education.

• Working hours Monday to Friday from 08.00 am till 05.00pm
